Our Mission:

TurtleHaven has been providing rehab for our injured native turtles for the past few years and this could not be accomplished without the help of the Kingsdales Animal Hospital and the Preston Animal Hospital who have gone above and beyond in caring for our four-legged friends. A very warm thanks from us!

TurtleHaven also has provided rescue for unwanted turtles such as the 'red-ear slider' and others now found in the pet stores. In the past few years TurtleHaven has recieved well over 200 turtles for surrender.

With the help of friends TurtleHaven was granted the use of a private man-made pond here in Ontario to provide turtles a natural home instead of living in a tank.

But the request for surrenders has far exceeded the space available for all of these unwanted turtles...so TurtleHaven has setup a campaign to fund the construction of a new pond in the spring.

So if you love turtles and would love to see them have a proper home please consider making a donation.

Or you can go to eBay and bid on one of Turtle Artist Wally's paintings. Just enter 'turtle paintings' in the search and Wally's paintings will appear.
